The BILT Academy
The BILT Academy provides leadership development for teams of college personnel and employers to foster sustainable partnerships yielding measurable benefits for students and local economies. The BILT Academy provides cohort training on the essential elements of the BILT model, an experienced BILT coach for monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, on-demand access to BILT templates and resources, and step-by-step guidance on implementation of the BILT model’s annual cycle of engagement activities.
Applications for BILT Academy Cohort 5 will be available August 2024.
