Three nights hotel (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, May 31 – June 2) are provided for two team members from each college. Complimentary breakfast, in-room Internet, and shuttle service to and from DFW Airport are also included. CORD will review the registration list and coordinate with the Hyatt Place to determine who will be billed to the master account. 

Additional team members may reserve rooms in the workshop hotel block, but will be responsible for their rooms. 

If you should need to stay over on Friday night, June 3, you (or your college) will be responsible for the fourth night’s stay.

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
A credit card will be required to secure the reservation and at the time of check-in for any incidentals while staying at the hotel .

Reservations must be made before May 10, 2022 by:

Reservation requests received after the cut-off date, May 10, 2022 will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be subject to a charge of one night room and tax.
