Three nights hotel (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights) are provided for two team members at the Embassy Suites DFW Airport South. All attendees, including those that are self-funded will receive complimentary hotel breakfast as well as free in-room Internet, and shuttle transportation to and from the DFW airport. All attendees will make their own hotel reservations by May 7. Rooms for the two designees from each team will be charged to CORD’s master bill.

Reservation Details
- Reserve Online or call 1-800-774-1500 and reference Group Code 90A.
- A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The credit card will be used as a guarantee to hold your room. It will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within 48 hours before the guest’s check-in date, Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any an applicable taxes. Contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel a reservation.
- If you should need to stay over on Friday night, you (or your college) will be responsible for the fourth night’s stay.
